When changing lifelong habits to newer, healthier ways, you can’t just “give up” something without replacing it with something better. Sugar, as we all know, is the king of killers. It’s the very worst thing for your body and it’s a big craving. In order to relieve the cravings that stopping sugar inevitably brings, we are going to add quality fat and chocolate to your life.
Yes, you read that correctly. By giving your body what it needs, proper, good quality fats, it will give up the desire for sugar. It will fill the body and satiate the brain of cravings.
Without further adieu, here is your basic fat bomb. You can add the flavorings you like.
2 Tbsp Coconut Butter
2 Tbsp rich dark chocolate cocoa powder or melted chocolate
Flavorings of your choice: vanilla, mint, almond, hazelnut etc.
You may also add chopped nuts or dried fruit.
Melt coconut butter and mix in chocolate and all other ingredients. Poor into individual snack silicone cups or pie pan and break off little pieces.
